Don’t see what you need on our other services pages? Since 1990, Tight Access Excavation Inc. has provided a wide range of drilling and excavation services to residential and commercial customers throughout Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties.

Following are some of the other services we provide:

Drainage Systems Installation

We install French drains and foundation drains for landscape, driveways, garages, basements and storm water drainage. Whenever water is an issue, we can typically fix it by installing a drainage system with a perforated drainpipe.

Building Pads and Pier Drilling

We provide grading for new homes, home additions and drilling piers for pier foundations. We are Certified Chance Helical Pier installers. Helical Piers can be used for both residential and commercial structures in caissons, mini piles, and driven piles. They are especially useful when there is structural damage to the foundation, or the structure is built on unstable soil, such as soil with very high water content.

Foundation Footings

We can install the footings for your home’s foundation. Properly placed footings will support your foundation and prevent settling. Footings are especially important in areas with troublesome soils.

Land Clearing

If you are building a home on a new lot, we can clear your land for you. We will remove trees stumps, brush, rocks and anything else that is in the way.
